Mailing type
Postal mailing may be provided by
e-mail or on self-adhesive labels and includes contact name, job title,
organisation name, address, postal code, town and country.
Fax mailing data is provided by e-mail
and includes contact name, job title, organisation name and fax number.
E-mailing data is provided by e-mail
and includes contact name, job title, organisation name and e-mail
address.
Output
Electronic files (Excel, Access, CSV) or self-adhesive labels.
Selection
Various selections are possible (by section, postal code, town, country
or other criteria). No extra costs are charged.
Approval
Sample mail piece required for approval prior to sending of data (we
may reserve itself the right to refuse the sample piece provided).
Delivery
2 to 3 working days. Postal charges to be paid for self-adhesive labels.
Single use
0,45 € per name (excluding 21% VAT).
Multiple use
0,63 € per name (excluding 21% VAT). Use during one year, further
to agreement with us (maximun 12 mailings).
Minimum amount
No minimum amount required.
Payment
Invoice due upon receipt. Pre-payment required for first-time orders.
